PSG will open a new store in New York, in the Manhattan district. After the one in Los Angeles, this is the second store that the Parisian club has opened in the United States.
PSG has established its brand around the world since the arrival of the Qatari leaders. Present since 2011 in Los Angeles, the club plans to open a new store in Manhattan, New York, according to local radio France Blue Paris.
While the new store on the Champs-Elysées (370m²) has just opened its doors, the one in New York should soon come out of the ground. If the work is not delayed or postponed due to the health crisis, it should see the light of day before the end of the 2021-2022 season.
Paris Saint-Germain is not at its first attempt since shops have sprung up all over the globe. Los Angeles therefore, Japan, Qatar, South Korea or even in the United Arab Emirates, as recalled PSG culture this Wednesday.
This new store in New York would further enhance the notoriety of PSG. Positioning itself in the largest city on the East Coast of the United States proves the importance of the PSG brand internationally.
Proof of their marketing success, we can see some NBA players like Jimmy Butler or Jayson Tatum, who have no connection with the capital club, dress in PSG ensemble before games.
