Researchers have prepared a new and innovative study, to see whether changing meal times to earlier or later in the day can reduce the risk of developing: Diabetes Type 2.- The researchers conducted a 10-week study involving 51 participants aged 18-65 who were identified as being at increased or moderate risk of developing the disease.
