The screenshot showed a laptop screen in front of the diplomat, whose identity was not known, and it was clear that he was watching a football match, instead of “doing his duties!”
The ministry is moving
The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the other hand, announced yesterday evening, Saturday, in a statement on its official accounts on the communication sites, to follow up on the subject on the circulated photo of the diplomatic employee, busy continuing his duties during the meetings of the General Assembly.
He also confirmed that he will take appropriate measures against him to ensure the presence of Iraqi diplomacy.
This photo came about a month after the crisis of Iraqi ambassador to Jordan, Haider Al-Adhari, last August, who prompted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at that time to move, and summoned him to Baghdad, after the photos published by his wife with the Lebanese artist Ragheb Alama, “which some Iraqis have described as inappropriate”.
