And the video tracked a person standing next to the vehicle whose door he tried to open, but was unsuccessful, prompting him to set it on fire.
And the video showed, the person brings something from his vehicle, sets it on fire, then throws it on the vehicle and flees the site.
The video documented the arrival of civil defense forces at the scene of the accident and putting out the fire in the vehicle before disaster struck.
