Inpatients are currently receiving 61 Covid-19 patients, the highest number of hospital admissions to date, according to data compiled by the National Health Service.
Nine more patients with Covid-19 were hospitalized last day.
Of all those hospitalized, 56 have a moderate course of the disease and five have a severe course of the disease.
To date, 247 patients have been discharged from the hospital, including both recovered and dead.
The previous record was reached yesterday, when a total of 52 Covid-19 patients were hospitalized.
