Hitechno.com – Mystery Creepy spider Tuesday Has been a concern for a long time Astronomer Find a pattern on the red planet.

Astronomers see this strange shape as a creeping spider. The discovery of this form has been a mystery two decades later.

Finally, now The Scientist Could explain the mystery of the spider shape that astronomers found on Mars.

These patterns are seen in satellite images of the South Pole of Mars.

This pattern is shaped like a black branch on the surface of the Red Planet and is frightening enough that researchers call it “Areniforms”, which means “spider-like”.

Measuring up to 1 kilometer in size, these spiders resemble anything on earth.

However, in a new study published in the journal Scientific Reports, scientists were able to recreate a shortened version of the spider in the laboratory.

Report from Space.com, Thursday (8/4/2021), spiders were created using carbon dioxide ice plates and machines that simulate the atmosphere of Mars.

When ice from Mars-like sediments comes into contact with an extremely hot layer, some of the ice immediately changes from solid to gas, creating spider-like cracks through which the exiting gas is pushed through the ice.

“Experiments directly show that the shape of the spider we observed from orbiting Mars can be engraved by converting carbon dioxide ice from solid to gas,” said Lauren McGowan, a planetary scientist at the British Open University.

According to NASA, the Martian atmosphere contains more than 95 percent carbon dioxide, and the ice and ice that forms around the planet’s poles in winter are also produced by carbon dioxide.

In a 2003 study, researchers speculated that a spider pattern could form on Mars in the spring, when sunlight penetrates carbon dioxide ice and warms the ground beneath it.

The heating causes the ice to rise from the bottom, which creates pressure under the ice until it finally cracks.

Until then, there was no way for scientists to test this hypothesis on Earth.

However, in this new study, the experts created a tiny surface of Mars in the laboratory using a device called the Open University Mars Simulation Chamber.

Experiments prove that the spider sublimation hypothesis is indeed valid.

According to the researchers, the shape of the high-branched spider legs came about when the use of sediment grains in the experiment was greatly refined.

This study provides the first physical evidence showing how the spider system might have evolved on Mars.

That’s the mystery Spiders crawling on Mars Scientists have finally been able to explain why this strange pattern was created. (Suara.com/ Lintang Siltya Utami).
