The legend of American music and Nobel Prize for Literature, Bob Dylan, now has his own museum: the Bob Dylan Center. Inaugurated this Wednesday, it is in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the United States. All the singer’s archives are on display there, more than 100,000 documents, sold by the singer himself.

Handwritten poems, correspondence or various notes on album covers. Bob Dylan, alias Robert Zimmerman, Nobel Prize for Literature and legend of American music, sold all his archives to a foundation in 2016. 100,000 documents are now gathered in one and the same place, the Bob Dylan Center, inaugurated this Wednesday in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.

Other artists will also be exhibited there.

Three floors high and on the facade, a gigantic portrait of Bob Dylan, the museum dedicated to the artist is open to everyone from this Wednesday. Certain pieces, however, will only be accessible and consultable on request by academics. The Bob Dylan Center also houses a sculpture of the singer.

It will also host exhibitions devoted to artists whose universe is close to that of Bob Dylan. The first will feature the work of filmmaker Jerry Schatzberg.

But if the trip to Oklahoma is too long, Bob Dylan also exposes himself in France. Since this Monday and until August 15, in an area of ​​Provence, the Lacoste castle, the Rail exhibition, because it offers visitors to discover the sculpture of the same name and 24 paintings made by Bob Dylan himself.
