Over the weekend, on the night of August 9, a tragic accident occurred in Aizpute region. A motorcyclist died at night.
An eyewitness to Sadursme.lv reported that on August 9, at approximately 2.00 am, an accident occurred on the road section Aipute – Rokasbirze – a motorcyclist died as a result of an accident. This is also confirmed by the State Police, which reveals that the accident took place around 1.40 on the highway P112 Kuldīga-Aizpute-Līči at the 40th kilometer.
As it turns out, the motorcyclist died from his Yamaha vehicle while driving and suffered serious injuries and died at the scene. The police are currently explaining all the circumstances of what happened.
