At least one person was killed and several injured as a result of the shooting that took place on the grounds of Grambling University in the US state of Louisiana. On Sunday, October 17, reports CNN.
University spokesman Tisha Arnold told reporters that the shots rang out on October 17 at about 01.15 local time. Several people were injured, their exact number is not specified now. It is known about the death of one person who was not a student.
“During the incident, a meeting of alumni was taking place. All those present were sent to the shelter and allowed to leave as soon as permission was received from the university police,” the spokesperson said.
