She noted that Ronaldo’s NFT sales were “incredibly successful” in promoting the exchange, with a 500% increase in searches for Binance in the week following the initial sale.
The lawsuit alleges that Ronaldo knew or should have known “about Binance’s sale of unregistered crypto securities” because he had “extensive investment experience and resources to obtain outside advisors.”
