A grim incident in Alytus district: a man stuck under the wheels of a timber truck was killed

Notification of the incident was received on Monday at 6:42 p.m. emergency number 112.

Fire and rescue forces were immediately sent to the scene, information about the incident was passed to Kaunas Ambulance Station, Alytus County Chief Police Commissariat.

At about 7 p.m., with the help of hydraulic equipment, the victim was pulled out and handed over to medics. Doctors found the man death.

The incident is under investigation.
