Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr Fawzi Babtain, consultant neurologist, said the dangerous symptoms of numbness are confusion and difficulty moving.
In an interview with the Al-Ekhbariya channel, Babtain added: If there is numbness in half of the body, it is one of the symptoms of a stroke.
He continued: The pattern in which half of the body is “paresthesia” is concerning and a doctor must be sought quickly as it could be an indication of a stroke.
