On the Liepāja side, employees of the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (CSDD) stopped a dangerous truck during vehicle inspections.
When the truck was stopped, the trailer of the truck was inspected. CSDD employees found cracks not only in the load-bearing structure of the trailer, but also in the suspension of the suspension. Unfortunately, cracks were not the only concern of this trailer. It was also observed that the tires were damaged and loose suspension parts were found.
The trailer was deprived of numbers and prevented from continuing on the road.
