The Mayor of Potters, Ángel García Seoane, defends that buses of A coruña provide service by extending their lines beyond the municipal term, in the closest councils. In the last hours he has met with Mayor Inés Rey and they have agreed that line 1A, which connects A Coruña and Santa Cristina in the summer months, it can work all year round. García Seoane recalls that more than 31,500 users used the line last summer. It indicates that one million 200 thousand people have used the buses that connect Oleiros with the city center.
The council of A Coruña will study from a technical and legal point of view the expansion of the 1A service as a medium, in addition to reducing the continuous traffic jams that occur in the Puente da Pasaxe and Avenida de Alfonso Molina and that affect the entire area.
