Project Radio Liberty Donbass.Realii, citing residents of occupied Donetsk, reports that a large column of tanks and armored vehicles is heading northwest from Donetsk to the line of contact.

According to several eyewitnesses around 23:00, the column passed about an hour ago right through the center of the city, Universitetskaya Street, and moved for an hour. People say they have not seen such a scale in eight years.
“We lost count on the hundredth unit. I was walking from Donetsk along the highway between Donetsk and Makiivka, presumably towards Yasinovataya. We were leaving for the highway from the center of Donetsk,” a resident of the city said.
“Tanks, a lot. And armored personnel carriers. And people were being transported. The vehicles drove for an hour,” said another resident of the city.
After Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the occupied territories as “independent”, fireworks were fired in the center of Donetsk. A small number of people gathered there and the Russian singer Yulia Chicherina, who supports the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, is performing.
