A concept trailer from 2012’s DOOM 4, which was supposed to be like Call of Duty, leaked

It is already known from earlier materials that id Software originally intended to make a sequel to DOOM in the style of Call of Duty.

In the end, they decided on a different style, which paid off very well for them in the 2016 reboot and the Eternal sequel, but it is still worth taking a look at their original vision, which was not approved.
