Police have been notified by a White Settlement school coach that a 13-year-old boy posted a video on Instagram of himself with a gun sending a threatening message to another student. After learning about the case, the minor was arrested and now the young man faces charges for “terrorist threat.” To this extent, the minor was transferred to the Tarrant County Juvenile Detention Center.
