A 114-year-old monk survived the coronary infection

No one knows quite how old Tilahun Woldemichael is, but his grandson shows a 14-year-old picture where the monk celebrated its 100th birthday.

“He looked young then,” says his grandson Biniam Leulseged.

The Ethiopian monk was treated at the hospital with oxygen and dexamethasone, a cheap and readily available drug that, according to British researchers, can reduce the mortality rate of seriously ill corona patients by one-third.
