No excessive mortality? Mistake, studies show

In the video, Fuellmich argues that the Sarid-CoV-2 virus pandemic did not lead to excessive mortality “anywhere” and was only caused by manipulation associated with PCR tests, which are said to be unable to detect Sars-CoV-2 infection. .

“Coronavirus has not caused any excessive mortality in the world and has not caused it at all here in Germany,” said Fuellmich.

French news agency AfP however, this refutes this, stating that, according to demographic studies, there was exceptional excessive mortality in many European countries in the first European wave.

“While it is true that the numbers do not show significant excessive mortality in Germany this year, it is a mistake to say that no country experienced it during the first epidemic wave in spring 2020. Several demographic studies prove the opposite, “writes AfP.

“A study published in July and conducted in Italy using methods commonly used to measure seasonal influenza mortality showed that during the worst month of the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of victims doubled compared to previous years. In Belgium, a similar study shows that in April 2020, mortality approached unprecedented levels in the country during World War II, “said AfP.

The agency also cites the French National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies, according to which there have been two events in mainland France in the last 20 years that have led to a sharp rise in deaths – the first was the heat wave in summer 2003 and the second the spread of Covid-19 to spring 2020.

The European Euromomo, which monitors and compares official mortality data in 24 European countries, also shows, according to the AfP, that the mortality peaks observed in the countries most affected by epidemics are one and a half to four times higher than those observed during normal winter flu.

There is no lack of misinformation

Experts also question Fuellmich’s information on the manipulation of PCR assays. According to the lawyer, the PCR test used worldwide to determine if a patient is a virus carrier cannot “detect any infection.”

It has already appeared in at least four European countries (Britain, France, Belgium and Germany), but has never contained a single specific figure that could be verified. Hospitals, doctors and health authorities in all countries concerned have always categorically rejected it as a lie.
