The carmaker SsangYong is diligently expanding its dealer network across the Czech Republic. The latest grew up in Ostrava.

In the fall of 2018, we informed you about the return of the brand SsangYong on the Czech market. A few months later, the first store was opened and today you would count a total of seven dealerships on the map of the Czech Republic.

The latest is located in Ostrava-Vítkovice, specifically at Výstavní 1130/119. The SsangYong model range and authorized car service are sponsored by AF Centrum.

According to Petr Škutina, the brand’s country manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, this year is not the only addition to the dealer network. In the next few days to weeks, we should look forward to two more SsangYong dealerships, although we still have to wait for the details of a specific location.

The expanding network of stores and service points is positively reflected in the carmaker’s sales, as evidenced by statistics from the Association of Car Importers. While last year the SsangYong brand reported only eight registrations in September, this year it was 38 cars. In the first nine months of last year, the Korean company sold 47 cars, while this year 260 cars.
SsangYong currently boasts better sales in our country than Alfa Romeo, Mini or Jaguar.
