Kraśnik is only afraid of LGBT. 5G is cool again [memy]

First, Kraśnik councilors banned 5G and Wi-Fi, later their decision became the subject of internet memes and mockery, and all of Poland was making fun of the city. Ultimately, however, the resolution was lost in the next vote. Kraśnik is no longer a 5G-free zone.

Actions were the driving force behind the famous decisions of Kraśnik councilors Poland Free from 5G Coalition, which submitted a draft resolution talking about “protecting the health of the commune’s inhabitants against increasing exposure to an artificial electromagnetic field of an increasingly wider frequency range “. It was about 5G and its allegedly harmful effect on human health. Although numerous statements by scientists deny that there is any evidence of harmful effects of 5G, Kraśnik councilors succumbed to argumentation Poland Free from 5G Coalition.

What’s more, they not only targeted 5G by opposing the construction of a network in this standard, but also decided to dismantle the W-Fi network in schools and order students to switch their mobile phones to airplane mode during lessons and not use them during breaks.

Kraśnik quickly became subject of internet memes, this city was seen as “New Wąchock”who reigned in mocking jokes for years. Perhaps it also changed the decision, although it was above all the effect of the activities of the communities around the government supporting the popularization of 5G. In Kraśnik, Witold Tomaszewski, the new spokesman for UKE, and Agnieszka Krauzowicz from the Ministry of Digitization were actively involved in 5G.

Working @City_Krasnik however they rejected the anti #5G. Voting just finished: 13 against, 5 in favor, 1 abstention.

Influenced by these actions the councilors made a new decisionwhich repealed the previous resolution. In the justification there are statements that:

Both the Complaints, Proposals and Petitions Committee and the City Council did not have a reliable and comprehensive study of the arguments contained in the letter and presented by the representatives of the applicants during the session.

The gallery below is only a small part of the huge number of memes about Kraśnik, which were created just a week after the original decision of the city councilors. The city was hit not only by technological limits, but also for the “LGBT free zone”. In the case of the latter, nothing has changed.
