A young woman named Noemí, 19 years old, declared before the Bolivian justice that she has a sentimental relationship with the former president of that country Evo Morales, whom she met when she was 16.
The statement was recorded in a document of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc) released by journalist John Arandia and which was released by the newspaper Duty.
This occurs within the framework of a complaint against Morales for an alleged crime of rape. That complaint indicates that the ex-president maintained a relationship with Naomi since she was a minor.
In her statement, Noemí claimed that she met Evo Morales in 2015 through her parents, at a carnival held in the Tropic of Cochabamba, when she was 16 years old.
Regarding her current relationship with Morales, the young woman declared that “he has been my boyfriend since May 24, 2020, and more before he was my friend but we had a different treatment.”
On the other hand, the young woman also said that she was with Morales in Mexico and Argentina, and that these trips were paid for thanks to the work of her parents, who are dedicated to agriculture.
Currently Noemí and her family are in Argentina, while justice continues with the investigation process.
