E34 from Antwerp to Knokke closed all weekend by road works: this is the best way to detour

If you prefer to use the E34, you have to leave the highway at the exit in Waaslandhaven-Oost, which is just past the sharp bend in Sint-Anna-Linkeroever. It card Below shows the local diversion that you can follow via Keetberglaan and Steenlandlaan. In Kallo you can get back on the highway.

On the diversion, the contractor will close several intersections and switch off traffic lights so that traffic can flow more smoothly to Knokke. Saturday and Sunday take into account crowds between about 10am and 2pm. Traffic coming from the Waasland tunnel cannot go directly to the E34, but must detour via the turning bridge on the E17 in Kruibeke.
