The Meteorological Authority warned of a state of meteorological instability, starting tomorrow, Monday 14 November, until Wednesday 16 November 2022, as the weather map revealed that the country would be exposed to thunderstorms and thunderstorms in several regions.
And as for the weather in Alexandria, heavy rains are expected to continue into next Wednesday as satellites revealed the activity of active, cold southeasterly winds veering southwesterly from western regions and gradually extend into the interior and eastern regions during the afternoon hours and into the night hours of Wednesday.
Meteorologists have warned, in a statement, of the continuation of the proliferation of low, medium and cumulus rain clouds over areas of the western coasts and northern Lower Egypt: (Matrouh – Alexandria – Sidi Abdel Rahman – Buhaira).
There are chances that rain will fall in these regions and governorates during the next few hours, and it is expected to spread slightly on the northeastern coasts and south of Lower Egypt as time progresses.
Meteorologists have advised citizens in coastal cities not to stand under sheet metal and collapsing houses, not to drive in the rain unless absolutely necessary, to leave safe distances between cars to avoid traffic accidents and not to touch the poles.
And meteorologists have warned of the formation of water clouds in the morning on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, the Channel cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.
