A mother who has to take care of her five children on her own after her husband’s death goes to work in a nearby bakery. Although the older kids have grown up, no one has started behaving responsibly or making money….
When you hear this, the image of a middle-aged woman, synonymous with pity, may come to mind. But Jasmine in Vichitra deviates from that course.
Jasmin, who leaves home to live with the man she likes, faces every crisis that has come unexpectedly in her life.
Jasmine is going through the pain of losing her husband and loneliness, but most of all she tries to remember her love. This is clearly visible in a scene where she pours tea into two glasses and drinks from one.
Jasmine, who loves her children very much, feels sad for them and gets angry with them. But this mother is also the closest person to them who knows their likes and dislikes.
It must be said that Jasmine in Vichitra is the character who has the most similarities with real life women in recent times.
Screenwriter Nikhil Ravindran and director Achu Vijayan wrote and presented this character with many levels, even if at first glance it looks like an open book.
Jasmin, who joins her children’s birthday celebrations and wants to play football well, doesn’t get out of her mind very quickly.
In addition to making strong decisions and voicing her objections, Jasmine expresses everything accurately. At one point in the film, she announces her decision in such a way that no one can answer and it becomes her last word.
Jolly Chirayat played such a character in a good way. Jolie’s acting plays an important role in creating the impression of seeing a mother in real life. All the combination scenes with children are an example of this.
Vichitram, produced by Dr. Ajith Jo and Achu Vijayan under the banner of Joy Movie Productions, was released in theaters on October 14th. Shine Tom Chacko, Kani Kushmi, Lal, Balu Varghese and Jolly Chirayat will play the lead roles in the film.
