Who is the youngest billionaire in the world?

The American magazine “Forbes” has revealed that the teenage daughter of the founder of the South Korean video game company Nixon, Kim Jong Joo, has become the youngest billionaire in the world.

Forbes reported that Kim Jong Yun, the daughter of Kim Jong Joo, who died last February at the age of 54, is the youngest billionaire in the world, after inheriting a stake in the online gaming giant, noting that Jong Yun and his sister, Jung Min., and equally inherited 30.78% of each of his father’s personal holdings, NXC.

NXC, headquartered in South Korea, is the largest shareholder of Nexon, which is listed in Japan, with a stake of approximately 48%.

Combined with the sisters’ existing shares in NXC, their shares in the company are worth $ 2.5 billion each. After deducting their “inheritance tax,” which Forbes calculates at over $ 1.5 billion each, Jong Yoon and Jung Min are estimated to be worth $ 1 billion each.

Forbes noted that Kim Jong Joo’s wife Yoo Jong Hyun, who is already a billionaire, inherited 4.57% of NXC from her husband.

Yoo, her late husband, Jung Jo, helped found Nexon in 1994 and is still NXC’s largest shareholder with a 34% stake. She debuted on South Korea’s 50 richest people list this year with a net worth of $ 3 billion.

Not much is known about Jung Jo’s family, but Jung Yoon and his older sister, Jung Min, were born in 2004 and 2002 respectively. At the age of eighteen, Jong Yeon became the youngest billionaire in the world today.
