The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund will begin issuing the terms of reference for booking apartments for all Egyptians 3, Sunday 25 September 2022, until Saturday 1 October 2022 for citizens with special needs only, and from Sunday 2 October 2022, until Thursday 27 October 2022, for all citizens, including people with special needs.
The terms of reference, the payment of the seriousness of the reservation and the administrative costs are purchased through the post offices of the cities and governorates where the housing units are offered.
There are several categories that cannot apply for social housing apartments, for the following reasons:
1- The applicant’s monthly income must be less than £ 1500.
2- That the income of the single person exceeds 6000 lire and 8000 lire for the married couple.
3- The holder of any previous support from government entities, whether it is to obtain land, housing unit or housing cooperative.
4- The holder of loans from banks, and has not finished paying them when he obtained a mortgage for the housing unit, so it is not permissible to combine two hypotheses.
5 – The owner of a house or devolved to him by legal succession.
6- Must be over 50, or under 21 at the time of announcement.
7- It must not be related to the governorates to which the units are offered or to which it is adjacent for residence or work.
