Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Indonesian conglomerate who is also the younger brother of Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto, Hashim Djojohadikusumo, is said to be the first party to export Ukrainian food products after the Russian attack on the country. This is related to the activity of the Riva Wind Ship, which carries 50,000 tons of grain, which is now arriving in Istanbul. The ship had previously traveled about two days from the port of Chornomorsk, near the Ukrainian city of Odessa.
The ship was actually stuck since February 4. He brings wheat for Harvest and Comexindo International.

These are two companies, subsidiaries of Hashim’s conglomerate, Arsari Group. The company is indeed engaged in agribusiness, mining and trading.
Apart from Ukraine, the company is also said to be carrying Russian wheat. This is done with two ships, namely the White Shark and the Bronco.
The White Shark is planned to load 25,000 tons of wheat into Egypt from the Russian port of Novorossiysk. Meanwhile, Bronco will bring 20 thousand tons of wheat to Angola from the same port.
“I would like to congratulate the leadership of the United States (US), Russia, Ukraine, Indonesia and Turkey for having found sufficient common ground so that they have a aligned vision to reduce global food shortages,” said Harvest International chairman Gaurav. Srivastava.
“I also specifically want to thank the captains and crew of both ships, who have been waiting on board their ships since February 2022 in Ukraine. Getting the ships out of the Port of Odessa was an act of extraordinary courage and skill.”
Hashim himself reportedly also gave a statement. He emphasized that Indonesia would remain a neutral party in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
He said the delivery was successful following the follow-up of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). It happened during his visit to Ukraine and Russia.
“Indonesia is and will remain a neutral party in the war,” he said.
Earlier Ukrainian grain was trapped in the Odessa Port area shortly after Russia launched its assault on the country on February 24. This attack has even placed the waters near Odessa in a marine mine-planting zone that prevents ships from sailing.
But recently, Ukraine and Russia have agreed to open the port for international purposes. This is because many world countries, especially Middle Eastern countries, depend on grain supplies from Ukraine.
