On Tuesday, the police announced that they had found a lot of money in connection with the investigation of the case. Police attorney Bente Vengstad informed Avisa Oslo that these were provisionally seized in connection with the amount of compensation.

– My client would very much like to make up for it and pay the entrance ticket back to everyone who was at the event on Sunday, says lawyer Patrick Lundevall-Unger to the newspaper.

According to the lawyer, the seizure is worth several hundred thousand kroner. The explanation behind the organizer not using Vipps or payment terminals is that they are traveling people who operate with cash.
He denies that it is a black business, and says everything is documented in the accounts.
– Everything goes in the accounts. But the seizure must be interpreted so that the police believe there is something murky here, the lawyer tells the newspaper.
Informed the same day
At least seven people were injured when one of the drivers in the show lost control of the car and drove into a grandstand.
Several of those present at the show reacted to the fact that it was only a plastic band and a few cones that separated the cars and the audience.
To VG says Vengstad that they were informed about the event the same day and that they did not have a chance to check the safety conditions.
– If we had been aware that there were no more solid, physical barriers, the event would not have been allowed, says police attorney Vengstad.
