Chinese technology manufacturer Xiaomi in July 2021 released its new mobile phone series Note 10 in the country. However, after about six months of release, the 5G phone reportedly started to drop in price, Monday (10/1).
The 4GB+128GB variant is available starting at Rp. 2,699 million from the previous Rp. 2,899 million, while the 8GB+128GB variant can be obtained starting at Rp. 2,999 million from the original price of Rp. 3,199 million.
“This new price for the Redmi Note 10 5G makes 5G technology easier for users to enjoy,” said Xiaomi in a written statement, Monday (10/1).
That way, people can now buy phones with 5G services, starting at only IDR 2 million. 5G service is a fast-paced internet, with download speeds of 300MB documents in 45 seconds.
The phone is equipped with a Reading Mode 3.0 feature, in order to increase comfort for the eyes. In addition, it comes with a 6.5″ FHD + screen configuration and a 90Hz refresh rate, as well as AdaptiveSync technology that can adjust the appearance of content on the screen automatically.
The Redmi Note 10 5G has a triple camera, with a 48MP main camera equipped with a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. There are also several features such as night mode, slow motion, and time lapse video.
The phone is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset with power consumption that is claimed to be more efficient. On the battery capacity of 5000mAH supported 18W fast charging.
The Redmi Note 10 5G display uses a 6.5-inch IPS LCD, 90Hz adaptive refresh rate, 1080 x 2400 pixels Full HD Plus resolution, 20:9 ratio, up to 500 nits brightness, and is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The phone processor is served with the Android 11 operating system and the MIUI 12 interface. Other features that are also presented are 5G network, Dual-SIM, Micro SD slot up to 1 TB, 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, Infrared Blaster, and a fingerprint sensor on the side.
Previously, the price of the Redmi Note 10 was known to increase in October 2021. The price increase was triggered due to the limited supply of chips, including the Redmi Note 10 5G. The price increase ranges from Rp. 100 to Rp. 200 thousand per unit at retail.
Those who want to buy can directly access via e-commerce such as Lazada, JD.id, Blibli, Akulaku, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Shopee. This smartphone is also available on offline channels, namely Xiaomi Store, Xiaomi Shop, Xiaomi Preferred Partner, and Erafone.
