Asus now announces that it will be possible to upgrade Zenfone 8series for Android 12 in December.
Thereafter, Android 12 will be available for the ROG Phone 5 and 5s series during the first quarter of 2022.
The upgrade of the Zenfone 7 series and ROG Phone 3 series is expected to be available during the first half of 2022.
The update will include the major functional changes in the official version of Android 12 as well as Asus’ battery and performance management tools.
Zenfone models will also have Zenui-specific changes such as smoother navigation, more streamlined controls, improved visibility for better controls and more setting options.
