After a seemingly endless parade of less palatable Pokémon, Scorbunny’s fluffy white rabbit butt has finally appeared in Build-A-Bear. I’m a little pissed that it took so long, but incredibly satisfied with his pajamas so he balances out.
Despite being a fire Pokémon, Scorbunny is the coolest of the Sword and Shield starters. Grookey is cute and Sobble is sad and sweet, but the fiery bunny corners the market in wonders. So it’s no wonder it’s the first Pokémon from the Galar region to be professionally stuffed by Build-A-Bear.
The Build-A-Bear version of Scorbunny captures the heroic rabbit’s likeness quite well, from the tips of his orange feet to the strange growth on his left ear that could be a tumor, depending on his head.
You really need your pajamas, which is great because Build-A-Scorbunny is currently only available as part of an exclusive online bundle that includes said pajamas, a fashion cape, and a 5-in-1 sound chip that you must listen to because it’s so damn adorable. If the $ 61 package is too much, the little creature will eventually be available for purchase naked in the store too, monster.
