Hospitalized in 2016 following a punch that had knocked him over the head, Julien Larcher, a 17-year-old Vosges, died three days after leaving the CHU. The Court of Appeal considers that the health establishment, prosecuted for manslaughter, did not carry out the necessary examinations on the victim.
