New York Governor Andrew Cuomo confirmed on Tuesday that the normally last Grand Slam tournament of the year will take place from August 31 to September 13 in the Flushing Meadows neighborhood. Whether all top players like the Serbian world number one Novak Djokovic will take part is questionable.
