Schedule changes for the holiday season

The Integrated Health and Social Services Center of Montérégie-Center wishes to inform the population that, during the holiday season, the schedules of some of its services are changed. Below are the changes in effect on the dates indicated:

CLSC Saint-Hubert

CLSC Samuel-de-Champlain

• Nursing appointment:
  Closed on December 24, 25 and 31, and January 1
• Without medical appointment (for patients registered with the GMF):
  Closed on December 25 and January 1
  Opening hours modified on December 24 and 31: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Sampling center (by appointment only):
  Closed on December 24, 25 and 31, January 1
• Home psychosocial :
  By phone only on December 24 and 25, January 1 and 2: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Youth clinic:
  Closed from December 23 to 27, and from December 30 to January 3
  Opening hours modified on December 21, 22, 28 and 29: 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

CLSC de la Vallée-des-Forts (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu)

• Nursing appointment:
  Opening hours modified on December 24, 25 and 31, and January 1: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Sampling center (by appointment only)
  Closed on December 25 and January 1
  Opening hours modified on December 24 and 31: 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
