Team 17 and Ghost Town Games will release Overcooked All You Can Eat on Tuesday for the Xbox Series S and X consoles, and two days later the game will be available for the PlayStation 5. It is a remaster bundle for the next-gen consoles that includes the first two cooking games.

Overcooked All You Can Eat appears thus on the day of the release of the new Xbox consoles, namely November 10th. The first two Overcooked games are part of the bundle, including all content released for the two games to date. According to the developer, the games have been rebuilt from the ground up, should load a lot faster and run in 4k and 60fps. Probably the less powerful Series S console also supports that, scaling up to 4k resolution.

Also new is that the original Overcooked has been recreated in the engine of Overcooked 2. This makes it possible to play that game online with friends. Furthermore, accessibility options have been added and an assist mode is available to make the game easier for players who need it. For example, it is possible to complete rounds with more time, levels can be skipped and there are options for people with color blindness.

In addition, support for crossplay will eventually be added to multiplayer, so that players on the Xbox Series S or X can also play together with friends who purchase the bundle for the PS5. This support for cross-platform multiplayer will be available early next year; no exact date has yet been announced.
