News: Hertha BSC has to refrain from signing Ermedin Demirovic. The striker will continue to play for SC Freiburg after the transfer period.
Demirovic – Getting through in Freiburg
Most recently, the “Bild” reported that the club from the capital was interested in Ermedin Demirovic (23) from Sc freiburg has registered.
The German-Bosnian enjoyed a fabulous first Bundesliga season in Breisgau, where he immediately became a real reinforcement with five goals and ten assists. This season, Sturm competitor Lucas Höler (27) mainly enjoyed the trust of Christian Streich (56), which is why the national player mostly only had the substitute bench left.
In the last few games, Streich played the two as a strike duo, with success. The SC dismantled TSG from Hoffenheim in the cup and also emerged victorious in the derby against VfB Stuttgart. Demirovic scored a goal in both games, and he was also successful as a goalscorer against Sinsheimer.
