According to Reuters on the 2nd (local time), Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko said on Facebook that animal eyes were handed over to eight Ukrainian diplomatic missions abroad.
Animal eyes in a liquid with a unique color and scent were delivered to the embassies in Hungary, Holland, Poland, Croatia and Italy, to the consulate general in Naples, Italy and Krakow, and to Bruno’s consulate in the Czech Republic.
“We are trying to understand the meaning of this message,” Nikolenko said.
“The entrance to the Vatican embassy was damaged and human remains were left on the door of the embassy in Rome,” he added.
On the 30th of last month, a letter delivered to the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid, Spain exploded, injuring an employee.
The Spanish Interior Ministry said letters similar to those delivered to the Ukrainian embassy were delivered to Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, the Defense Ministry, embassies and munitions factories before and after the incident, which were examined by the police and security teams.
