On Christmas 25th, citizens are being tested for a novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) at the temporary screening clinic at Seoul Station. (Photo = Reporter Changwon Yoon)-On the 25th of Christmas, the number of new corona19 confirmed cases nationwide was 726 by 6 pm.
This is 58 more people than the same time the previous day.
Of the 726 people in each city and province, 498 (68.6%) in the metropolitan area and 228 (31.4%) in the non-metropolitan area. All 17 trials were confirmed.
The number of new confirmed cases to be announced as of 0:00 on the 26th is expected to increase. It is expected to be around 1,000 people.
In the case of the previous day, there were 668 people by the same time, but 288 people were tested positive at the eastern detention center in Seoul, increasing to 1241 by midnight.
This was the highest number of new confirmed cases since January 20, when the first corona19 confirmed in Korea.
