The Persib Bandung defender has the upper hand after scoring his debut goal in the 1973 match between Persib Bandung and Persikabo. This goal also made him the youngest Maung Bandung player to score as a debutant.

With his tall stature and young age, Kakang has a long future as a footballer. This Garuda Select graduate program can prove his ability in the AFF U-23 Cup.

2. Taufik Hidayat

The Persija player who was born in Bandung, December 6, 1999, has now become one of the pedestals of the Kemayoran Tigers. Coming as a free transfer player in 2019, Taufik Hidayat successfully proved his quality as a future bomber.

Taufik became the determinant of Persija Jakarta’s victory over Persita Tangerang in the 21st week of Liga 1, 27 January. The individual goal made the Kemayoran Tigers successfully end the match with a score of 2-1.

It was Taufik’s first goal in Liga 1 for the 2021/22 season. He was not Angelo Alessio and Sudirman’s first choice as the pounding interpreter. But slowly, his name began to fly because he had been called up to the U-23 national team twice in the last three months.

3. Muhammad Iqbal

The ACL injury that once ensnared Muhammad Iqbal made him briefly marginalized from the call list for the Indonesian national team in the Shin era. In fact, he became one of Indra Sjafri’s first choice bombers in the U-19 national team in 2017.

Iqbal has even migrated to South Korea to join the third division team, Cheongju FC. He made three K-League 3 appearances in 2021.

December 2021, Iqbal returns to Indonesia and joins Persita Tangerang. Seeing a bright prospect, Shin included Iqbal’s name in the 29 players of the U-23 national team.
