According to a report by Vodafone Business, 50% of companies now prioritize the well-being and mental health of their employees, up to 10 percentage points more than before the crisis. However, for companies “prepared for the future” this percentage rises to 55%. The companies “prepared for the future” (Future Ready) constitute 27% of all companies in Spain. In fact, According to the study, 97% of companies “prepared for the future” confess that they provided more support to their employees during the pandemic.
