Indonesian National Team U-23 will face Timor Leste in the second match in the group stage A SEA Games 2021 (2022). Here are 5 U-23 national team players who must be a starter against Timor Leste.
Coach Shin Tae Yong is expected to make changes to the composition of the players after the 0-3 defeat to Vietnam. The change was made in order to get the first three points in the group stage.
One figure that deserves to be put forward is Witan Sulaeman. The player belonging to Lechia Gdansk can be a weapon for the Garuda Muda team to bombard Timor Leste’s defenses in the match later.
In addition to Witan, there are four other players who also have to play from the first minute to win and open the opportunity to qualify for the 2022 SEA Games semifinals. Here are the five Indonesian U-23 national team players:
1. Witan Sulaeman
Witan sat on the bench when the U-23 national team lost to Vietnam. The young man from Palu was only played by Shin Tae Yong near the middle of the second half.
Egy’s teammate at FK Senica has the quality to make a difference on the pitch. Witan also has the advantage of being able to play in many positions.
Witan’s creativity and speed are needed by the U-23 National Team to beat Timor Leste. The passes from the players who used to wear PSIM Yogyakarta uniforms are also expected to spoil his teammates on the front lines.
2. Alfeandra Dewangga
