Andrea Pirlo (c) Juventus FC
Bola.net – Juventus making a surprise ahead of the 2020/21 season. Not just ejecting Maurizio Sarri from the coaching position, they were also promoted Andrea Pirlo who has no experience as a substitute.
This decision was quite surprising, considering that Fabio Paratici as director of Juventus said that Sarri’s future was not determined by just one match. But less than 24 hours after losing to Lyon, Sarri was immediately fired.
It didn’t take long for them to find a replacement. Hours after the announcement of Sarri’s sacking, Juventus announced that Andrea Pirlo would act as team coach until 2022.
Pirlo’s experience in the coaching world is very minimal. He just got his first position as coach nine days ago. Even then, as a Juventus U-23 team that plays in Serie C. Worse, he has not yet had his first match.
It is clear that the public doubts Juventus’ chances of winning the Serie A next season, instead of the Champions League. But the answer to the question of Pirlo’s coaching quality will only be known once the 2019/20 season is completely finished.
Now, it’s interesting to see how the AC Milan legend prepares his team for the 2020/21 season. Here are five players who, perhaps, are a good fit for Pirlo’s squad. Complete information from Sportskeeda can Bolaneters see below.

Alex Telles (FC Porto)

The defensive wing is often a problem for Juventus. Currently their best player in the sector is Alex Sandro, whose form in recent seasons has experienced ups and downs.
Telles could be a pretty good option for Juventus. After all, Juventus’ relationship with the Portuguese giants is quite good. For information, Alex Sandro was recruited from Porto in 2015.
The Brazilian national, perhaps, can be bought at a fairly cheap price. His contract will expire in 2021 and Porto will be pressured to release it at a low price rather than losing it for free.
This season, Telles has scored 13 goals and 12 assists in 49 appearances in all competitions. These statistics are sufficient to prove that the 27 year old man is ready to act on an even more prestigious stage.

Youcef Atal (OGC Nice)

Injuries have made Atal’s chances of playing very minimal this season. However, his quality as a full-back is unquestionable. Atal has high speed and is reliable in dribbling the ball.
His expertise doesn’t stop there, Atal is also good at sending crosses. This skill comes from playing experience as a right winger – more or less like Juan Cuadrado.
He is still 24 years old, meaning he can still develop in the future. He can also be an investment in the wing-back sector considering that Juventus’ youngest player in that position is Mattia De Sciglio, 27 years old.

Federico Chiesa (Fiorentina)

This player is often associated with Juventus. But he never moved because Fiorentina was not easy to negotiate with. They always ask for prices that are difficult to reach.
Chiesa is not only good at scoring goals, but also creates opportunities for his colleagues. Imagine how much power would be on Juventus if Chiesa were paired with Paulo Dybala and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Indeed, Juventus still has Federico Bernadeschi and Douglas Costa. But both of them often experience performance problems until recent injuries. The addition of Chiesa can certainly help Pirlo talk a lot next season.

Nicolo Zaniolo (AS Roma)

Like Chiesa, Juventus are also often associated with AS Roma jewel, Nicolo Zaniolo. He was hit by an ACL injury at the start of the season, but was able to get up and even help the Giallorossi beat Juventus in the last week of Serie A 2019/20.
Zaniolo has a fighting spirit and is equipped with capable technical skills, making him an important figure in the midfield sector. Zaniolo can also play a number of roles, although he often plays as an attacking midfielder.
Zaniolo managed eight goals and three assists in a season that was adorned with long injuries. Juventus must have this player, regardless of the price that AS Roma will set.

Gini Wijnaldum (Liverpool)

The name Wjinaldum may not be as fancy as Paul Pogba or Bruno Fernandes. However, the Dutchman was a key figure in enabling Liverpool to end their fast in the Premier League.
Wijnaldum often gets a lot of praise for his tactical intelligence, strength, and good defense. He is also a consistent player so he can become a mainstay in a number of matches.
The Juventus midfield sector is indeed in the spotlight even though they are not lacking in quantity. Wijnaldum could be a good option so that the former Juventus midfield, fronted by Pirlo, Pogba and Arturo Vidal, can be feared by the opposing team again.
