Ministry announced the health Today, Sunday, 928 people recovered from the Corona virus from hospitals, after receiving the necessary medical care and recovering according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization, bringing the total of those who recovered from the virus to 33,831 cases until today.–
Dr. Khaled Mujahid, Adviser to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and the official spokesman of the Ministry, said that 479 new cases that proved positive laboratory analyzes of the virus were recorded, as part of the surveillance, investigation and necessary examinations conducted by the Ministry in accordance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization, pointing to the death of 48 new cases.
“According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization issued on May 27, 2020, the disappearance of symptoms for 10 days of infection is an indication of the patient’s recovery from the Coruna virus,” Mujahid said.
“Mujahid” stated that the total number that was registered in Egypt with the new Corona virus until Sunday, is 92062 cases, including 33,831 cases that have been cured, and 4,606 deaths.
