As reported by the Senate Department for Health, the number of confirmed cases rose by 107 from Friday to Saturday. The death toll rose to 50.
There are currently 4553 confirmed cases of the novel corona virus in Berlin. 50 people have now died of the corona virus.
The contact persons will continue to be identified, contacted and isolated as part of the containment strategy. 2,277 people are male, 2,268 are female. The gender was not transmitted for eight people. 601 people are isolated and treated in the hospital, 139 are in an intensive care unit.

The deceased patients are graded according to age groups as follows: five of the deceased were 40 to 59 years old, 15 deceased patients were 60 to 79 years old and 30 of the deceased patients were 80 years and older. The median age of the deceased is 81 years.
The district Mitte (690) remains the leader in infections in Berlin, followed by Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf (558). Third place is shared between Tempelhof-Schöneberg and Neukölln, each with 474 infected people.
In Brandenburg there are 1764 proven corona infections. The number of deaths is 37.
