40-year-old stands out again

On Saturday morning, around 9:20 a.m., a man showed himself to a woman on Wernerstrasse in a shameful manner. Police officers met the man shortly afterwards near the scene of the crime – it was a 40-year-old Bocholter who had repeatedly taken care of police operations in the past. The man insulted and threatened the officers (again) and was taken into custody. On the part of the public order office called in, the renewed admission to a psychiatric facility was arranged. The officials initiated criminal proceedings for the exhibitionist act against the injured Bocholter as well as for insulting and threatening the police officers.
