40-year-old father dies in Bondanello, struck down by illness like his brother

MOGLIA. Condolences to Moglia and in the hamlet of Bondanello for the sudden disappearance of Ivan Bergamini, 40 years old, fruit grower. He died yesterday morning 12 June in his home in via Carlo Gasparini 17 struck down by a heart attack. The man got up as usual after having breakfast and sat on the sofa and after a yawn he collapsed to the ground. It was his son Lorenzo, fifteen, a student of agriculture in San Benedetto Po, who alerted the 118, who arrived on the spot with an ambulance and a self-medic. The boy, waiting for help, from the operations center, they tried to teach his father lying on the ground to practice heart massage, but it was all useless even with the subsequent intervention of the health workers. The funeral takes place on Monday 14 June at 3 pm starting from the house for the parish church. After the mass, the body will be transferred by the Losi di Moglia agency to the crematory temple in Mantua.

In addition to work, Ivan had a great passion for high-powered cars. It is terrible how fate has raged on a family already tried by a serious bereavement. On 11 March 2017, due to a serious illness, at the age of 30, mother Agnese and father Mario had to mourn their second son Matteo. He too, like his brother Ivan, worked with his father Mario in the homonymous farm which is part of the “Campagna Amica” foundation which organizes the markets. The family is well known and respected, not only for the business they run. Mario Bergamini, in addition to being an appreciated beekeeper, he is a councilor of the Coldiretti Federation of Mantua. Ivan leaves his father Mario, his mother Agnese, his son Lorenzo and his partner in pain Alessandra Galafassi . In the house in via Gasparini 17 there was a coming and going of people who wanted to express solidarity and closeness to a family destroyed by pain. Upset mother Agnese who does not know how to give herself peace and who in the space of four years has lost her two children.
