1. Releasing a High End Portfolio


Bringing a portfolio of high end and premium models is important to strengthen the Xiaomi brand in Indonesia. Before Alvin led Xiaomi Indonesia, the Xiaomi brand was only known as low end phones.

Now, they have a portfolio of double-digit phones from the Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Ultra, to the RedmiBook 15 laptop, to the Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet.

“Mastering a market share of 25 percent or 26 percent to become No. 1 is not very important now. We actually want Xiaomi’s brand value to continue to increase,” explained Alvin.

2. Separating Xiaomi and POCO
