3. Gol handball
Vietnam’s opening goal, which was scored by Nguyen Tien Linh in the 51st minute, was not without controversy. Because the goal was created after Tien Linh was seen doing handball before scoring.
Nguyen who received a long pass had time to release a kick, but it was blocked by the defender national team, Arif Satria. Well, the ball from Arif Satria’s block hit the hand of Tien Linh.
Goalkeeper Nadeo Argawinata was the first to see the handball by raising his hand. When the ball entered the goal, Nadeo immediately approached the referee.
But the goal was still validated when the Indonesian national team players protested loudly. Nadeo was also given a yellow card for his protest.
4. The fall of Saddam Gaffar in the penalty box.

“After conceding three goals, we should have received a penalty. Because we couldn’t, finally the flow went to Vietnam. Because of that, our flow didn’t exist at all and in the end we lost,” said Shin Tae-yong.
