On August 22 and 23, the fifth tournament of the summer stage of the Latvian professional 3×3 basketball league “Top Gun” will take place in Ogre.
12 teams have registered for the men’s competition. There will be four group tournaments in the preliminaries on Saturday. The top two teams will qualify for the quarterfinals on Sunday.
Five teams have applied for the women’s tournament, which will play a round tournament on Sunday. The two best teams will determine the winners in the final game,
The Latvian 3×3 Basketball League tournament series “Top Gun” will take place from July to May. There are 6 summer stages and a final stage. In the first stage, BC “Saldus” won in Ventspils, in the second stage in Saldus the first place was won by the Latvian national team playing under the “Ķekava” flag, in the third stage in Rēzekne the Madona unit was the best, but in the fourth stage in “Liepāja” “Ķekava” won again. There is also a summer stage in Jelgava and a final stage in the shopping center “Akropolis”.

In the final stage of the summer series, a trip to the FIBA 3X3 international tournament will be played in the shopping center “Akopole”.
